About the position:
The Performance Marketing will be responsible for the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives for Softonic properties. Utilizing a range of acquisition channels including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Criteo, Facebook. This will assist in planning the media budget and managing agency relationships for paid media.
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing performance marketing campaigns with proven results in acquisition.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing paid media campaigns and analyzing and improving performance.
Key responsibilities
  • Launch and manage acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook and other traffic sources
  • Optimize campaigns’ components including A/B testing, Bid management, Testing/Analysis, Ad Copy, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
  • Analyze and report on live and test marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance of landing pages in order to improve conversion rate.
  • Support the marketing team to help reach the Softonic strategic goals as well as meeting/exceeding monthly and annual goals for the channel.
  • Develop and execute a plan for driving engagement of newly acquired customers
  • Ensure diversification of acquisition channels, while maintaining overall ROI goal.
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI. Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns by collecting and analyzing data, and identifying trends and insights
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues. Monitor daily results and improve the performance of KPIs.
  • Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends and make data-driven recommendations
Minimum experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or and equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with an emphasis on data analysis.
  • Expertise across media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Criteo etc.
  • Strong understanding with website analytic tools and generating campaigns reports (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • SEM experience and success managing Google Ad campaigns.
  • High knowledge driving traffic for affiliate offers is a plus.
  • Ability to work with landing pages.
  • Speed and efficiency working with a Customer Data Platform or first party data to gain insights and provide actionable solutions.
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to understand what drives consumer behavior through quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Proactive professional with analytical skills.
