We're an American start-up performance marketing agency with operations in Barcelona. We have grown quickly and currently manage ~70 client accounts across our Amazon, Google, and Facebook teams.


This opening is specific to our growing Website Marketing team - which is focused on PPC advertising services across Search and Social platforms. The Lead Generation PPC Specialist is responsible for the management and execution of business strategy predominately on the Google platform on our clients’ behalf. This person should have 2-3 years of experience in managing Google Ads, but will also be trained to work on performance for LinkedIn as well. LinkedIn experience is not required, but this person should be eager to learn. This position will work closely with Strategists on both Search and Social and other team members to implement best practices and communicate with clients.


This position is best for someone who's interested in a more technical role. Our ideal next hire will be experienced in Excel/Google Sheets and enjoys working with data while also being able to think creatively. They should be process-oriented and solutions focused, as well as organized and detail oriented.

Your Tasks Will Include

  • Providing insight focused on increasing leads and sales.

  • Setting up campaigns in Google and LinkedIn to optimize for sales and leads.

  • Configuration of custom audiences and niche segments to impact specific target audiences most likely to purchase our client’s products.

  • Analysis of results in Google ads and in Analytics.

  • Providing recommendations for optimization based on campaign results, KPIs and best practices.

  • Monitoring new advertising features and industry trends on social platforms, and make recommendations for new campaign types, tactics and audience segments.


Your Skills And Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of managing Google ads accounts.

  • Agency experience preferred.

  • Lead generation experience preferred.

  • German language preferred. English required.

  • Confident to work with large media budgets.

  • Analytical mind and able to optimize campaigns.

  • Background in marketing/communication, statisitics, economics or psychology is preferred.

  • Any social (or LinkedIn) experience is an advantage. Interest is required.
