You have always wondered how the Operations world works? You are looking to learn everything about the supply chain process?

Camaloon is offering an opportunity to do an internship in the operation department and help our team in daily tasks ! At the end of the internship, if you demonstrate that you are responsible, proactive and you can contribute to company growth, you will have the possibility to join our company and keep learning!

Camaloon is a Barcelona based e-commerce that allows the customization of a wide range of products (buttons, stickers, magnets, t-shirts, mugs, amongst others), offering solutions to both companies and individuals.

What will you learn?

With the help of the Operations team you will learn :

  • How to give support in the processing and management of purchase order requests and incidents.
  • How to manage invoices and orders.
  • Everything about data entry in the computer system.
  • How to give the best administrative support to the operation department and to the production chain.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

In order to help the Operations team in the daily operation of the department we are looking for a talent:


  • You speak both English and Spanish. Another European language is a plus.
  • Fast learner who can work independently and have initiative
  • Organized, decisive person with a great desire to grow!
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, proactive and driven by achievement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different situations
