Volem incorporar una persona responsable del departament de Social Media, encarregada del disseny, planificació i execució de l'estratègia anual de Time Out Spain (Barcelona i Madrid).




  • Dissenyar l'estratègia a llarg termini a través de l'anàlisi de les diferents plataformes socials (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram i TikTok) i les noves tendències del mercat.
  • Definir l'estratègia de continguts (to, creativitat, formats...), tant pagats com orgànics, per generar connexions significatives i maximitzar-ne el reach i l’engagement.
  • Adaptar i optimitzar l’estratègia i les campanyes a cada plataforma per augmentar la visibilitat dels continguts editorials i pagats de la companyia.
  • Generar l’estratègia i el contingut de Social per les campanyes de llançament, tant de productes de la marca com de campanyes de digital branding.
  • Seguiment quantitatiu i qualitatiu dels KPI's i objectius de les xarxes socials, així com de les campanyes de Paid Media.
  • Millorar contínua basada en l’anàlisi de les dades i mètriques de Social.
  • Research i Social Listening continu per descobrir nous insights i tendències en digital per adaptar-les i implementar-les a les plataformes de Time Out Spain.
  • Collaborar amb altres departaments (Redacció, Branded, Solucions Creatives, etc.) per crear accions creuades, identificant els stakeholders i coordinant les accions més adients.
  • Humanitzar la marca i generar relacions amb una comunicació bidireccional amb els usuaris,.
  • Coneixement de l’Influencer Marketing a nivell local.




  • Carrera de Publicitat i Relacions Públiques, Màrqueting o similar.
  • Experiència mínima de 3 anys en agència de publicitat, mitjans de comunicació o departament de màrqueting de client.
  • Indispensable experiència en Social Media amb ènfasi a Instagram i TikTok
  • Domini de les eines per crear i monitoritzar els KPIs les campanyes de Paid Media (CPC, CPM, CPF...)
  • Domini del català i castellà a nivell matern. Es valoraran coneixements d’anglès de cara a la gestió i la coordinació d’accions amb Time Out Internacional.
  • Proactivitat, visió estratègica i extensos coneixements del mercat i les tendències de Social.
  • Actitud positiva i capacitat per treballar en un equip multidisciplinari.
